🚫 Exclude Products from the Replenish
We’ve listened to your feedback and have implemented a new feature! You can now exclude products from the Replenish page while tracking their sales and revenue.
When to Use This:
- End of Season: If a product’s season is almost over, and you don’t want to replenish stock but still want to track its sales and revenue.
- Products that Won’t Be Restocked: These products will no longer be replenished but you still want them to appear in your reports.
How to Exclude Products from Replenish:

Set Days of Stock to 0: This will exclude the product from restock suggestions.

To Include the Product Again: Enter a value other than 0 in the “Days of Stock” column to include the product back into restock suggestions.

🔄 Variant and Matrix View are Back on PO Page!
We’ve brought back Variant View and Matrix View on the PO Show Page based on your feedback. These view options are now also consistently applied across PO Edit, Create, and PO Receive pages. Also your selected view is saved and automatically applied to all POs.
New View Options
With the newly added slider, you can seamlessly toggle between:
- Product Hierarchy View
- Variant View
- Matrix View
🐞 Bug Fixes
- PO Search Sorting: Resolved an issue where sorting wasn’t functioning correctly when searching by product name on the PO page.
- Next PO Number Visibility in Settings: Fixed the issue where the next PO number appeared empty after updating in Settings
- Variants Not Displaying in Email Sharing on PO: Fixed an issue where variants in the Matrix or Variant view were not displayed when sharing POs via email.
- Currency Selection Error on PO: Resolved a blank page issue that occurred when creating or editing a PO without selecting a currency.
- Product Group Search Results on PO : Searching for products by name in the PO Edit or PO Receive interfaces now displays product group, options, and variants correctly.
